Any document that you want signed, filled, or approved can be sent via DocuSign through our LRM application. Next, inside of your TigerLRM App you can select the DocuSign form you want and send a link to your client. Once your client gets the link, they can open it up in any browser, sign or initial where needed and send it back to you.
Users can now make phone calls with their own RingCentral phone calling account right in the TigerLRM platform. RingCentral integration includes unlimited calls using your own account, outbound calls, communication & collaboration, instant calls from your RingCentral phone calling number, and the ability to track calling activities on Leads and Accounts. All of these features are available for only $10 per month. To add this feature, just go to the left of your dashboard: Administrator > Integration > Add-Ons > RingCentral (Phone Calling) > Activate.
You can find our TigerAI Assistant at the left sidebar of your dashboard, inside our TigerLRM platform. Click on the icon and type in any questions you have for TigerLRM to get a quick automatic answer. This is a brand-new AI that is integrated with ChatGPT. It is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by TigerLRM in mid-2023. You can now get your answers from a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology that can answer questions and assist you with tasks.
TigerLRM’s new user tracking feature allows your company to keep track of your reps and service team members when they are out in the field and working. This is a great way to understand how quickly your team responds to work orders and how efficiently they are working. Scheduling becomes easier when user tracking lets you know where team members are, and office staff can let clients know when they will receive service.
TigerLRM’s new Twilio integration includes inbound and outbound calling, as well as call recordings on outbound calls. Twilio’s softphone option gives the user the ability to make and receive calls to landlines, cell phones or inbuilt softphones, from their smartphone or web browser. Users can automatically save the call information directly into the CRM database. You’ll even have the option of recording both inbound and outbound calls.
All from the app! To add Quickbooks to your TigerLRM just go the left side bar on app.tigerlrm.com, click on the Administrator tab where you will find “Add ons” and click “Activate” next to Quickbooks. This new feature integration will allow you to keep track of financial functions like income and expenses, employee expenses, and inventory, all inside your own TigerLRM.
The second stage of our WhatsApp integration is here! Users can send and receive end-to-end encrypted texts via WhatsApp directly on TigerLRM. WhatsApp texting goes over the internet, not over phone providers, which makes it very popular due to its end-to-end encrypted security. All the features included in WhatsApp messaging are available while using the application on TigerLRM: Send photos, share your location, record voice messages, search and send GIFs, group chats, etc.
With RingCentral SMS text messaging service, users can send and receive text messages on TigerLRM through their own RingCentral accounts. TigerLRM has an integration fee of $10 a month which includes Unlimited SMS, inbound and outbound messages, and collaboration. With Card Capture, there is no need to enter all their details manually. Card Capture can do it for you. The Card Capture feature allows you to scan any business card with your phone or tablet and capture the data to automatically create a lead inside TigerLRM. As soon as you get a new business card, you can capture their data immediately - no more piles of cards to go through.
Users now have a new option to facilitate writing notes when using the mobile app. When you as a user open a lead or account screen, you can go to the notes section, press a button, and the TigerLRM app will transcribe your speech into text and enter it into your notes. Save time and hassle when taking important notes, and never lose the details.

Great news! Users can now sign up and log in to TigerLRM using their LinkedIn or Gmail Accounts. New members logging in to TigerLRM for the first time now can sign up with their LinkedIn or Gmail accounts. Once the user chooses to take one of these options, they will be directed to log in with their own LinkedIn or Gmail Accounts and can create a TigerLRM profile. Next, the system will direct the user to our TigerLRM platform, and they will be automatically logged in with their new account, using the information from their LinkedIn or Gmail.
