TigerLRM’s new Twilio integration includes inbound and outbound calling, as well as call recordings on outbound calls.
Twilio’s softphone option gives the user the ability to make and receive calls to landlines, cell phones or inbuilt softphones, from their smartphone or web browser. Users can automatically save the call information directly into the CRM database. You’ll even have the option of recording both inbound and outbound calls.
To make outbound calls, users can choose to use their own phone number or use their Twilio number. One of the benefits of using Twilio softphone is the ability to connect even when the phone doesn’t have any network signal; as long as you have Wi-Fi, you are good to go. When receiving inbound calls, the screen pops for activity logging in TigerLRM.
Want to look for data while you are on a call? No problem! With Twilio softphone you can minimize your phone screen and work on TigerLRM while you are on the call.
This new feature can be activated at the Administrator Tab under “Integrations” > “Add-Ons.”
