Send & Receive Texts Via WhatsApp SMS Integration
Great News! WhatsApp SMS Integration now allows users to send and receive WhatsApp text messages through TigerLRM.
The second stage of our WhatsApp integration is here! Users can send and receive end-to-end encrypted texts via WhatsApp directly on TigerLRM.
WhatsApp texting goes over the internet, not over phone providers, which makes it very popular due to its end-to-end encrypted security. All the features included in WhatsApp messaging are available while using the application on TigerLRM: Send photos, share your location, record voice messages, search and send GIFs, group chats, etc.
Add our WhatsApp SMS integration by going to Administrator > Add-ons > WhatsApp SMS
Remember to send us a WhatsApp message to the number associated with our TigerLRM WhatsApp account (954) 774-2803 and chat with us about any questions or inquiries you might have.
Full integration with WhatsApp is coming soon to TigerLRM, and we will keep you updated when new releases occur.
How to assign a user to become a sales enablement professional in your TigerLRM Dashboard.
To assign a sales enablement user, simply go to Administrator > User Management > Edit User.
Once you are on the user's information, you can select if you want them to be "Non-Admin," "Admin," or part of the "Enablement Team." Save this information, and your desired user will have the right access.
