By using this Site (as defined below) or any of our Services (as defined below), you confirm your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Site or any of our Services. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
TigerLRM, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “TigerLRM”) operates the website https://tigerlrm.com/ (the “Site”), any mobile application published by or on behalf of TigerLRM (“Apps”) for use with TigerLRM’s Lead Relationship Management (“LRM”) platform and other collaboration, productivity and publishing tools and all their components (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “User”). This Policy applies to the Site, any and all Apps, and any and all Services offered by us. For the purpose of this Site, the “User” shall be any person that accesses the Site, downloads or uses any Apps, or registers to use any Services, and “Client” shall be any legal or natural person that has registered for Services and authorized one mor more Users to access and/or use the Site, any App and/or any Services on behalf of such Client. The terms of this Policy apply whenever a User accesses the Site, any App or any Service we provide, regardless of which device (e.g. computer, cell phone, tablet, TV) you use. Please read this Policy carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us.
We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering to use the Services on the Website or any App, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Site or any App (such as posting messages in our online forums), using our Services, or otherwise contacting us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Personal Information. We collect first name, maiden name, last name, birthdate, current addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and other similar data.

We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card information), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Depending on the Services you use, we collect and have access to personal information of your customers and potential customers (e.g. first and last name, email address, phone numbers) that you input in connection with the Services as part of your sales process, as well as communications between you and your customers and potential customers as part of your sales process (“Customer Information”).
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected:
Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit the Site or use any App.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use the Services or use or navigate the Site or any App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site, the Services or any App and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Site, the Services or any App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Online Identifiers. We collect devices; device's geolocation; cookie identifiers, or others such as the ones used for analytics and marketing; and other similar data.

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We process your information in India, the US and United Kingdom. Your information is stored in India, the United Kingdom, EU, and US.
We use personal information collected via the Site, our Services or any App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

To respond to user inquiries/offer support to Clients and Users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.

We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. Similarly, other Users of each Client will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within the Site, any App or the Services, and view your profile.

DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or device by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information, authenticate Users, remembering User preferences and settings, determine the popularity of content, deliver and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and analyze site traffic and trends.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect and safeguard the security of any personal information we process from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Site, any Apps or the Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Site, any Apps or the Services within a secure environment.
We will make any legally required notifications of any breach (as defined under applicable state or federal statutes on security breach notification) of the security, confidentiality or integrity of your personal information. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we will make such notifications to you without unreasonable delay, as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement, or (ii) any measured necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)) data from or market to children under 18 years of age in a manner not permitted by COPPA. By using the Site, any App or the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site, any App or the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under the age of 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Currently we are not sending your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. If we would need to do so, we would implement one or more of the following security measures, as applicable:
An agreement signed with the data recipient is based on the Model Clauses approved by the European Commission;
in case of transferring data to a group of companies, ensuring that Binding Corporate Rules apply;
ensuring that the data recipient is located in a country that is recognized by the European Commission as applying adequate data protection standards; and/or
authorization from the local Data Protection Inspectorate.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will contact the Client with whom your account is associated to determine how to handle your account (e.g. whether to deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases), but will delete your personal information. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features of the Site, our Apps or the Services. Opting out of email marketing. You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law (the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”)), permits our Users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we collect about you, and personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Subject to certain exceptions, as a California resident, you have the right to request, in writing, that we delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Site, any Apps or the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Policy.
HOW DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
We will update this Policy from time to time, including as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws, the most rent version will be indicated by a “Revised” date.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. ADDITIONAL LIMITS ON USE OF YOUR GOOGLE USER DATA
TigerLRM’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
