TigerLRM’s new user tracking feature allows your company to keep track of your reps and service team members when they are out in the field and working. This is a great way to understand how quickly your team responds to work orders and how efficiently they are working. Scheduling becomes easier when user tracking lets you know where team members are, and office staff can let clients know when they will receive service.
All Super Admin can access the user tracking feature by just going to the left side menu on the mobile app and look for the option of “User Tracking.” This will allow them to see select a user dropdown. By default, TigerLRM will show all active users’ mark pin on the first map on the screen. Once Super Admin selects the user he wants to track, a second map will show, where Super Admin can see that specific user’s path.
When any user who does not have a Super Admin, Admin or ET access logs in, they are able to see their own user tracking on the mobile app.
