ChatGPT AI Assistant Comes to TigerLRM
TigerLRM Announces ChatGPT integration powering our CRM and Sales Enablement platform support.
Great news! Users can now get answers right away by using our TigerAI (Artificial Intelligence) Assistant.
What is TigerAI?
1. TigerAI is an AI-powered chatbot that uses trained data provided by your company and ChatGPT to provide staff support and answer questions.
2. TigerAI is trained on your company’s data, but only the data you want. It is capable of understanding complex queries and generating human-like responses.
3. TigerAI is used to improve customer service levels and for your sales team to close sales leads.
4. TigerAI is easy to use and customizable, it is secure and bias-free.
5. TigerAI is the future of sales enablement and is available now.
You can find our TigerAI Assistant at the left sidebar of your dashboard, inside our TigerLRM platform.
Click on the icon and type in any questions you have for TigerLRM to get a quick automatic answer. This is a brand-new AI that is integrated with ChatGPT. It is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by TigerLRM in mid-2023.
You can now get your answers from a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology that can answer questions and assist you with tasks.
How to assign a user to become a sales enablement professional in your TigerLRM Dashboard.
To assign a sales enablement user, simply go to Administrator > User Management > Edit User.
Once you are on the user's information, you can select if you want them to be "Non-Admin," "Admin," or part of the "Enablement Team." Save this information, and your desired user will have the right access.
