If you already have an account with TigerLRM, you can immediately activate your TigerAI! Here are the steps to take to integrate TigerAI into your CRM.
Get ready – Take any blogs, documents, sales objections, and other content, and copy and paste them into a Word document which you will save with a file name ending in DOCX (For example, myfile.docx). You can also save the information as a PDF. There is no need to include graphics or photos, as TigerAI will not use them. When you upload information to TigerAI, it is called “training the system.”
Register with OpenAI – You’ll need to establish an account with OpenAI (ChatGPT). Once you go to the site, open an account, provide the information requested, and set up payment information. Remember to copy your “Secret Key.”
Start the process on TigerLRM – Come back to TigerLRM and, in the dashboard, go to your Administrator section; then, at the bottom of the page, select TigerAI Assistant.
Enter your information – When you are in the TigerAI Assistant area of TigerLRM - https://app.tigerlrm.com/chat-AI/chat-details - you can upload your files and enter your Secret Key for OpenAI. You can always upload additional files later.
You’re all set – Your TigerAI assistant should work from the start. All you team members need to do is select “TigerAI Assistant” on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
