You know you need to call John and email Gerry, but also need to make sure you are at that meeting today with Lisa! You got so many things on your plate and sometimes you just forget what you need to do. It sounds like you need to use TigerLRM’s “Task Reminders.” This feature will help you stay organized and be sure you accomplish your goals every day.
To set a Task Reminder you need to either select a lead, account, contact or opportunity module. Let’s say you need to call John tomorrow. Just go to the Lead module and select his name so you can view his record on the LRM. From there you want to scroll down to the task option and select the “New task” button at the right of your screen. Another great feature TigerLRM offers under Task Reminders is the ability to schedule a follow up reminder on that same page. And it will show not only under your lead, contact or opportunity that you have them scheduled under, but also on your dashboard.

To assign a sales enablement user, simply go to Administrator > User Management > Edit User.
Once you are on the user's information, you can select if you want them to be "Non-Admin," "Admin," or part of the "Enablement Team." Save this information, and your desired user will have the right access.
