Playbook?
Yanno, the little thing that contains all the strategies and processes for your team…where’s yours?!
At TigerLRM we understand that every organization needs a centralized place where they can find key information that helps them do what they do best. Hunt & Close!
When we put on our lab coats and did a little research? We found that so many organizations have strategies and processes which they share with their teams during meetings, in clunky emails and tree-murdering print outs.
The result? Sales team members had to go hunting (in a non-revenue generating way) to figure out what to do and when. Or worse, they lost the most valuable currency in the world—time. Like the time it takes to ask a sales manager or higher-up how to respond to that high-dollar prospect’s rebuttal.
Strategies should be documented. Processes should be communicated.
At TigerLRM we believe in having a platform that is a one-stop shop. A sales member does NOT have to go OUTSIDE of the platform to search for routine guidance.
Centralized, searchable, editable…
Admin users can build, edit and update the playbook housed in the TigerLRM without skipping a beat. Non-admin users have access to view and search the Playbook in real time. Whoa. A clear & organized place to view all your company’s key information for success? Who would’ve guessed it!
All this leaves very little room for miscommunication & common errors to occur amongst any team.
If members of an organization or team don’t know the process or have current knowledge of their organization’s standards, they won’t get the job done right.
While the Playbook begins as a blank canvas, we do offer a base template. Think of it as a little inspo to get your creative juices flowing. The playbook should be utilized to provide sales teams with various sales strategies, best practices, creative rebuttal responses and current promotional offers from their company. It can also include tips and tricks that can aid in a team member's daily hunt, making the closing process a hut 2, 3 TOUCHDOWN!
Here’s the Math:
Success = Winning
Winning = Playing
Playing = ….well, you get the point.
